This Privacy Policy describes how HireFlow ("we", "our", "service"), operated by Abdulla Abdimuratov, collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the hireflow.app platform.

Account data
- Name and email address (upon registration or via Google OAuth)
- Company name (optional)
- Coin balance and transaction history
Vacancy and candidate data
- Vacancy descriptions and requirements you create
- Candidate resumes uploaded to the system
- AI resume analysis results
- Candidate statuses and HR comments
Technical data
- IP address and browser type
- Service usage data (pages, actions)
- Cookies and session tokens
Payment data
We do not store bank card data. All payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy — a certified payment provider. We only receive confirmation of a successful transaction and credit coins to your account.
2. How we use your data
- To provide and improve service features
- For AI resume analysis using Google Gemini
- To process payments and credit coins
- To send notifications via Telegram bot (if connected)
- To ensure account security
- To respond to your support requests
3. Data sharing with third parties
We only share data with the following services necessary for platform operation:

4. Data storage

- Candidate resumes are stored only within active vacancies
- Upon account deletion, all your data is removed within 30 days
5. Security
We use HTTPS for all connections, JWT tokens for authorization, and regularly update security systems. However, no method of data transmission over the internet is absolutely secure.
6. Your rights
You have the right to at any time:
- Request access to your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Export your data

7. Cookies
We use cookies to maintain the authorization session and ensure proper service operation. Without them, logging in is not possible. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
8. Children
The service is intended for use by persons over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy. In case of significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after the update constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
