Terms of Service

By using the HireFlow platform (hireflow.app), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. The service is provided by Abdulla Abdimuratov.

1. Service description

HireFlow is a recruitment automation platform powered by artificial intelligence. The service provides tools for:

  • AI analysis of candidate resumes
  • Vacancy management and hiring funnel
  • Interview question generation
  • Recruitment process analytics

2. Registration and account

  • You must create an account to use the service
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
  • One person — one account. Sharing accounts with third parties is prohibited
  • You must be over 18 years old to use the service
  • The information you provide must be truthful

3. Coin system and payments

Coins

  • Coins are the platform's internal currency for using AI features
  • 50 free coins are credited upon registration
  • Coins have no monetary equivalent and cannot be exchanged for money
  • Unused purchased coins do not expire
  • Free starter coins are valid for 30 days from the date of registration

Purchasing coins

  • Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy
  • All prices are in US dollars (USD)
  • Coins are credited instantly after payment confirmation
  • Refunds are possible within 7 days of purchase, provided the coins have not been used. To request a refund, write to deshark550@gmail.com

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. The following is prohibited:

  • Uploading resumes without candidate consent
  • Using the service for discrimination based on gender, age, nationality, or other characteristics
  • Attempting to hack or bypass security systems
  • Automated scraping or copying of platform data
  • Using the service for any illegal activity
  • Reselling access to the service to third parties

5. Candidate data and GDPR

You (the HR user) are the data controller for the candidates whose resumes you upload. You are required to:

  • Have a lawful basis for processing candidate resumes
  • Inform candidates about the use of AI analysis of their resumes
  • Delete candidate data upon their request
  • Comply with applicable personal data protection laws

HireFlow acts as a data processor and handles resumes solely on your behalf.

6. AI analysis and accuracy

AI analysis results are for recommendation purposes only and do not constitute a final hiring decision. You bear full responsibility for personnel decisions made based on platform data. HireFlow does not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI assessments.

7. Intellectual property

  • The HireFlow platform, its code, and design belong to Abdulla Abdimuratov
  • The data you upload remains your property
  • You grant us a limited license to process your data for the purpose of providing platform services

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

  • Personnel decisions made based on AI analysis
  • Temporary unavailability of the service
  • Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Indirect or incidental damages

The maximum liability of HireFlow is limited to the amount paid by you for the last 3 months of service use.

9. Suspension and deletion of account

We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account in case of:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Extended non-use (more than 12 months)

You can delete your account yourself in settings or by writing to deshark550@gmail.com.

10. Changes to terms

We may modify these terms. In case of significant changes, we will notify you by email 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if that fails — through the courts at the location of the service owner.
